45-minute sessions geared towards improving skating skill, balance, power, and edge control. Exercises will include repetition of the following key concepts: balance, knee bend, weight shifting, stride improvement, forward and backward edges, crossovers, turning, and stopping. Think outside the box, THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL POWER SKATING SESSION! Full equipment is required...including stick!
